A - Advance (the forward movement of something, or an improvement or development in something) -This is the first step into introducing swimmers to the possibility of advancing in swimming skills and swim techniques (this is step to the possibility of advancing in swimming skills and techniques.). It is designed for swimmers who have basic knowledge of all four strokes and/or for swimmers who are assessed as suitable for this squad.

B - Breakthrough (an important discovery or event that helps to achieve success in a particular sphere or activity) This is our introduction level to competitive swimming. It is intended/designed for swimmers to discover and improve their speed, power, agility, aerobic capacity, mobility, balance and coordination, mental resilience, and stability through entry level of competition or have been promoted from the Advance Group and/or swimmers who are assessed as suitable for this squad.
