Learn to Swim (Group) - Have you always wanted to learn to swim but never got round to actually doing it?
In our Learn to Swim program, you will master the fundamentals of learning to breathe, the notion of swimming freestyle and floating in the water. The course is run in small groups to help you progress quickly and achieve your goals. Learn to Swim… it's the best non-weight-bearing sport! Classes run weekly Tuesday & Thursday 7:00pm - 8.30pm Learn to swim is perfect for anyone who · Is not comfortable in deep water · Is not comfortable with putting their face in the water · No prior swimming experience · To learn the basic swim strokes to feel confident in water |
Stroke Correction (Group) - Do you want to swim effortlessly from one end of the pool to the other?
Swimming efficiently means covering the same distance with less effort. Our stroke correction program will have you swimming confidently and efficiently in all 4 strokes. Our goal is to help you breathe easier, feel more balanced and move with more power in the water. Classes run weekly Tuesday & Thursday 7:00pm - 8.30pm Stroke Correction is perfect for anyone who · Is comfortable in deep water · Can swim 25M comfortably in any stroke · Would like to improve/learn particular strokes |
Masters (Group) - Would you like to challenge yourself and go beyond just swimming from one end of the pool to the other? Is there a race that you want to prepare for? Then this program is for you! In our Masters program you will accelerate your swim techniques in all 4 strokes, work on race specifics and conditioning.
Be part of our tribe! Train and compete at Masters events with like-minded people. Classes run weekly Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00pm - 8.30pm, Saturday 10:00 - 11:30am Masters is perfect for anyone who · Can swim comfortably in any stroke · Would like to prepare for race/competition · Wants to awaken their competitive spirit |
